Ported to another carrier, unable to access my t-mobile online to view and pay final bills

We are sorry to see you go! I have not tried Project Fi yet but I have heard good things As for your online access, this is removed when you cancel service with us as the number you use to login is no longer ours. Also, when you are on paperless billing and cancel your account, your final bill is always sent via paper to the billing address that we had on file. If you want to pay your bill before you receive this paper bill and you know approximately when your bill cycle closed, you can wait about 5 days after that date and your last bill will be finalized. You can still llamar a servicio al cliente to find out what this final bill is and ask them to transfer you to the automated bill pay system if you would like.
Interesting. You don't want to get in a situation where several years from now you'll be getting nasty calls from a collection agency. Have you tried calling customer service? (+1-877-746-0909) If you don't get an immediate response and resolution, I'd write them a letter, keeping a copy, and including a check for an over-estimate of what you owe them. They'll have to issue you a refund of the excess payment.
