Neither stores nor reps handle parent Project 10 Million enrollments. You need to sign up online. It's highly likely you need a different email address because you signed up for a T-Mobile id with your current email.
Do not get this hotspot I had it for over a month and nobody can activate it . I've been calling constantly nobody can tell me why just they have been having issues. It's not worth the hassle I feel like I've been scammed . T-Mobile must do better .
