Promotions - Tuesdays

I have been a customer for 15 years!  I don't understand why as a long time customer I am unable to use the Tuesday promotions??  I have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for your service and I can't use a promotion that is probably at the most $50??  I have been working really hard to raise my credit scores to be able to move services!! I now longer feel "appreciation for your service" vibe at all!!   ASAP, which will be soon... I will no longer be a Tmob customer,  and I suggest everyone get out before you pay way too much for to long!!!

    What T-Mobile plan do you have, that denies access to T-Mobile Tuesdays?

     

  • It's an old one,  Simple Choice.  And I have 5 lines 2 watches and an internet modem.  If I switch to a current plan, it is about 50-65 more a month.
