promotions or no promotions?

I am a phone customer that signed up for internet on 11/23/2024 and had my unlimited magenta 55 100g monthly data reduced to the lowest data offered like I started out with last year. My bill remained the same; T Mobile shipped me a new modem in like 3 minutes; I swear delivery was lightning fast. Easy to get the new modem going, and everything is just peachy until I log into my account to redeem the $150 virtual mastercard as part of the offered promotion for adding the internet to my T Mobile account. No, I didn't want the Amazon Fire TV. Well, it seems that getting the Mastercard $150 promotion isn't going to happen. This is the first time T Mobile has let me down. I have been trying for the last 4 hours online and on the phone, and it just isn't going to happen.
