Questions about Costco Promo

I recently switched from AT&T Prepaid to Go5G+ at Costco, and just got my first phone bill. Looking at it, I have some questions:

1. Does AT&T Prepaid count as a "qualifying plan" for the $250 port-in credit? I submitted the request to redeem it but have not heard anything back yet. Just want to double check.

2. I was also offered an insider code for 20% off, but my bill still shows the amount before the discount. When will it show up? Does switching from AT&T Prepaid qualify? And will the over-payment be refunded?
