Quoted Incorrect Information

I am not looking for advice. I am just here to express my frustrations. I have been with T-mobile for several years. I have 3 active lines. We are all needing to upgrade our phones so I called to see what promotions were available. I was told , if I add a line, it would be $800 off any iPhone. In order to qualify, I would have to open a new account. After 5 hours, 4 phone calls and multiple representatives, I opened a new account and terminated mine. My father was added as he is military and there is a discounted plan for families of our military. I had plans to go in and get our new phones today. I called T-mobile again and was told I was given wrong information. I would still have to add 3 new lines even though it is a new plan. I am in kidney and liver failure with very limited income. I would have thought they would have honored the information I was told. They won't. The representative I spoke with tonight basically said there is nothing they can do. 

I am pretty frustrated and upset. I will definitely be looking for another carrier. 😡
