Can't change Caller ID name

I went to the following URL to change my caller iD on 2 of the lines. https://my.t-mobile.com/account/profile/line_settings/caller_id After 72 hours, it is still not changed. Why can't I change my ...

    Give Customer Care a call.  They can get this done for you.

I had to call twice. The first call did not effectively change the caller ID.
