I do not support vaccine mandates

Vaccinations did not stop the virus. People who were vaccinated continued to get COVID 19 and continued to spread the virus. How well a person did with the virus appears to be more a factor of their age, health, and weight.
Statistics show that as the Omicron variant spreads through an area, the number of infections drop. Omicron appears to be acting as a booster and providing the heard immunity we have been waiting for.
Neither the vaccines or the boosters have stopped Omicron infections.
If the President of the United States does not have the power to compel private citizens to take a vaccination, why then would an employer be so heartless, cruel, and dictatorial as to try to force its employees to take a vaccination?
What makes this even more disgraceful is that T-Mobile is not compelling its customer facing employees to vaccinate. They are only compelling their corporate employees to do so. What is the message you want your customers to take from this? Are you saying that your corporates elites are more important than your customers?
I will wait until April to see if T-Mobile changes its position. I fully expect that Covid 19 will prove to be much less a threat by that time. I reserve the option to cancel service with T-Mobile. I am a 12 year customers with three lines and Internet from T-Mobile.
Personally, I don’t think companies that force these sort of mandates on their employees deserve to be in business.
