Issue with Changing Plan
I have been trying to upgrade from One to Magenta Max. However, I keep getting an error message (see below). I have tried several times on my phone and on my computer and I keep getting the same mess...
This is a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you.
I have also tried going through the app and still got the same Oops message.
