Porting T-Mobile to Google Voice
Move to Germany. Attempting to port my existing T-Mobile # to Google Voice. Google Voice is telling me my line is eligible for porting. Is this determined by phone plan, e.g. Magenta Plus, etc. or...
You can try porting it to a different carrier on a prepaid plan then try porting to Google Voice but you may get the same error.
Your best bet is to reach out to tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can tell you why it's not eligible to be ported.
Original post is missing a key word **NOT**, Google Voice is indicating that my number is not eligible. I'm looking for a work around or other solutions.
