I waited 1hr and 5 min until I got my call answered, for then be transferred to another line and 40 min and I am still waiting for any signs of life. T mobile use to be good, I have been with them ...

your poor customer service and network decline forced an 8 year customer to move 3 lines to Verizon Since the merger with Sprint and the new CEO taking over, the company now resembles the old awful sprint. Buen trabajo.
Their customer service...does not exits.
Hey “experts” and Tmobile as a companie….
If you shut up and actually listen to your customers, good things will happen.
