what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
- Hace 2 años
That was announced months ago. It is because credit card companies charge a service charge that is based on the percentage of every transaction, which eats into T-Mobile's revenue. Removing the auto pay discount for credit cards negates that.
Been with T Mobile since 2006 and this now foreign owned company has went downhill fast accelerating its speed to mediocrity and poor customer service after the Sprint merger. As many have said this is a money thing pure and simple, increase profits and ignore customer outcry and dissatisfaction.
Yah sure you betcha I am going to link my bank account to a company that has been hacked multiple times…..NOT! We got our ID stolen after T-Mobile was hacked in 2019 and it was a nightmare.
So if you want to make a point have them send you a bill via USPS monthly and pay the bill with a check - I know its not ideal for most of us that like the convenience of auto pay and /or electronic bill paying BUT if all or even half of T Mobile customers would do it even for two months it would cost them millions to send receive and process the payments!
We are starting next month please consider doing the same...
