You can always reach out to Customer Care via 611 to discuss any billing issues with them. You could also try the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter if you prefer. No one here has access to accounts.

I have been calling everymonth and receive adjustments with promises to fix the problem. The problem stil persist and called today and the Agent denied any promotions and told me there is no promotions on this line and that T-Mobile will not honer the promotion I received with Sprint. I asked to talk to a supervisor and the agent told me, he is not going to help or change anything. It is frustrating and extremely stressful
I am experiencing something similar. I have had 3rd line free since June 2020, suddenly it has fallen off my account. I have called numerous times about this but no one can explain why. A few representatives have added the promo back to my account but it falls off each night. Going into a T-Mobile store has proven useless, as I was told they're only there for sales. I believe Magenta plans are being obsoleted and this is T-Mobile's way of forcing customers into the Go5G plans which are slightly higher. If that's the case, just say it. It is clear they are unable to reactivate that promo for my account and I refuse to pay an additional $30 per month for something I am supposed to get for "free". I will have to find time to send an email to corporate on Friday. I've been calling since June 9th trying to get this resolved and I am tired.
Going through the same thing, for 3 years they have messed my bill up because they offered me the promotion and then the employee apologized months later when it kept messing my account up and said they "were unaware that it had to be 2 voice lines, and they were counting my tablet line that was open as a line". I got screamed at, hung up on, told I had no clue what I was talking about, laughed at, demanded, treated like trash in public by the employees when I tried to go figure out what was going on. Latest interaction some guy was yelling over every word I said, then laughed at me when I asked for a manager since he didn't understand, refused to read the notes and said "we aren't going back to look at anything, there's changes to your account now deal with it and move forward". I filed a complaint with the fcc, will do so again if need be, also plan on talking to an attorney because I won't be sent to collections for switching companies after Tmobile pulled some fraudulent activity for the last 3 years and now want to raise my bill by 40+dollars. This company is disturbing.
