if viable you can also contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..you start with higher tier support compared to the call in agents.
the number you keep calling..was it on the said email or are you contacting TMO through a known number? this could be a scam and said scammer is using TMO lingo/pics etc
