Hola @Jim3021 , that is a super weird letter to get out of the blue like that. Normally, your credit is only run during activation which is also when we determine the amount that you may be able to finance when it comes to devices.
Have you reviewed your credit reports to see if you have any recent credit inquiries? If so, you can dispute the inquiry directly with the credit bureau that it shows up on. You may also want to place a freeze on your credit to avoid any possible fraud on your identity. I put a freeze on my credit to protect myself from bad people and from impulse purchases. 😁
If you don't have a credit inquiry on your credit reports, then you should contact our support teams to do a quick review of your account and possibly search for any additional accounts that may be out there for you. If that also turns up with no results, then the letter that you received may be a phishing attempt.
