since network pass

Ever since I switched from the network pass app to magenta max service has sucked I get very spotty connection and it’s very slow I’m starting to think it’s just a bait and switch tactic to get customers my experience has been crap since I’ve been on the actual service and not the free trial APP I got nowhere near the performance from magenta max I had in network pass and I am about to leave or take legal action since T-Mobile is unable or unwilling to do anything about it
