You are not alone Cole. There seem to be a lot of inconsistencies within T-Mobile's operations. Contacting customer support is virtually pointless because they are either liars or powerless to help. The sad fact is that customer support is the only place you can contact. I have been trying to deal with a bill T-mobile has been sending me for 4 months because of an account they did not close when they were supposed to. Dealing with T-Mobile is a nightmare. That's for sure.
