Your story mirrors mine. I also left Verizon after 10 years. It was expensive, spotty while roaming in rural areas and they did nothing to keep my business. I had Tmoblie before and it was fine. I really thought the merger would help. Instead, I have less expensive spotty service in rural areas that is worse than it was 10 years ago. I cannot load maps on the road.I knew that I was not eligible for 5 G here, but our internet is very good. No idea what to do at this point. Anyone have experience with US Cellular?
