T-Mobil Plans & promotions
November 2021, I went to T-Mobil Shop to change my phone services from AT&T to T-Mobil and I got 2 Samsung Galaxy S21 ( Buy one, get one free ) and monthly payment for devices and I was told by T-Mobil sale man in their shop that I could pay in full for my phones after 4 months from the day got service no promotion lost .
A few months ago I called and talked with T-Mobil service rep and I have been told I could pay for my devices in full any time and never lost promotion.
Today, I called T-Mobil and talked with service rep and their supervisor and they told me I would lose my phones promotion if I pay in full today.
I surprise…. if T-Mobil changed their plans or I have been cheated …

IIRC if you pay off your phones early you will lose your promotions. It is how they handle the promotions they offer.
That's the hook to get you to stay for 2 years.
