T-mobile is BLOCKING me from ordering directly on Samsung.com
I'm trying to take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same promotio...
To clarify according to T-mobile my rate plan doesn't change so whatever I am grandfathered in will remain. It is the active promotions (i.e. free line credit of $10 a month) will be removed thus costing my bill to be $10 more. Seems weird why they can't just slap that back on after making the change since every other aspect of my account remains.
