T Mobile is changing my plan ... I think

According to an article on CNET, my plan that I have had for years (One Plan Unlimited 55 - used to be called something else) is going to change. The primary advantage of my current plan is that I get $0.25/minute calls when I'm in Europe, and more important, I get free data so I can use my phone to access the internet. Texting I don't particularly care about. I often spend 60 days a year in Europe.

So, with my new plan, whatever that is, will I still get the same benefits? I also read that I may be able to opt out of the new plan. Is that correct and can I simply keep what I have?

I tried calling customer service, and I have no idea what she told me … it was way too convoluted.

You can call in and let them know you want to keep your current plan by a certain date.

I also learned that T-mobile is changing all Unlimited plans now to their Go5G Plus plans. I have T mobile one plan which is unlimited plan and they are going to change as of Nov 2023 to their pricier plan for same benefits!!

I tried to Call customer service on hold for almost 2 hrs and 30 minutes and no one is coming on line. You are also unable to provide your phone number for them to call you back!

It's the 17th and I haven't received any notification yet.

I've read from reddit users that Tmobile is scrubbing this for now. Don't know if it's true or not.
