T-mobile never stopped billing me even months after account closed!

Try reaching out to the T-Force Team via social media. They have a lot more access to things beyond the ability of Customer Care reps. Give them a few days to respond when you send them a message but they will get back you.
I am dealing with the same situation. I switched over to another provider in July 2020, ported over the lines, paid for a promotions since I canceled before fulfilling the promotion - which that part I totally understand. I confirmed with the agent that after paying all these extra cost that there would be no more charges and he confirmed no more charges would occur. It's no December and I have called T-mobile at least 6 times asking them to stop the auto payment and that i would like an email sent that confirms my discussion and they said they would not be able to send me anything but would notate it. I called my AmEx to tell them to no longer accept any charges from T-Mobile…. so it's $654.00 I filed a dispute with American express and the investigation resulted in a credit for the T-Mobile charges. However, now that they can not process a chargeback to AmEx they have sent me a letter stating they will send me to collection in 10 days if payment is not arranged. This is a very unfair and deceptive sales and servicing practice to keep charging people and not even investigating all of these complaints. This is not only deceptive and unfair but its fraudulent!
