T-mobile overseas
I am deploying overseas shortly have head conflicting stories about tmobile charges while stationed OCONUS.
One rep told me that I would have to pay to get an additional international plan (on top of magenta military plan).
I have also seen on Tmbiles forums (
https://community.t-mobile.com/accounts-services-4/military-service-11729) that international charges will be exempt while stationed overseas. I have also heard this from a number of SM's in my unit that happened to get ahold of the right person over the phone.
What is the correct answer here?
Try using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
