T-mobile PIN

If you are the PAH (Primary Account Holder) of the account your T-Mobile number is on and you don't remember your PIN.  You will have to contact Customer Care, verify your identity, and then they will be able to set a new PIN for you.

You will need to contact Customer Care at 611 or.visit a store to have your PIN reset.  

This is enough to make me want to switch carriers. I've been on hold for 10 minutes or more, just so I can get the PIN that I never had so I can buy a new phone to use with my existing T-Mobile account. This is terrible customer service.
