T-Mobile Website Broken since 2016 - 191 MILLION articles about it on Google - They won't fix it!
Google search "T-Mobile Log In Loop". It has been impossible for me to make my payments online since I signed with T-Mobile in 2004. People have reported it online 191,000,000 times according to Goog...
I never have an issue logging into the website, I don't use the app.
You should be able to go to a Tmobile store and make a payment if one is close by.
