T-Mobile Website Broken since 2016 - 191 MILLION articles about it on Google - They won't fix it!
I have tried from at least 6 different computers laptops, using 4 different browsers, from home and from work. Again - Google the words I put in the first post...191,000,000 articles about it going back to at least 2016. No resolutions. When I complain about it to them on 611, they tell me to pay by phone, it will "only" cost me $10 bucks a month. That's a $120 a year tax on a large number of their customers just because one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world won't hire a competent web developer. No, gracias.
And I am definitely not driving to a T-Mobile store every month to pay my bill when they have an online payment option they just refuse to maintain. When I set out this morning to find a replacement company, I had no issues logging into the websites of their competitors.
