Technical Support Needed
I charged my phone over night and when I woke up, the phone will not turn on at all no matter what I do however, the tiny green light in the upper right corner comes on but it’s like the phone is dead but, it’s fully charged.
My new tablet will not unlock

it for sure says its fully charged or just assumed because it was plugged in all night? if the later plug into another cable and wall adapter..then test and see what the screen shows (charging, not charging, no changes..)
