Need help urgently

hi everyone I am in a kind of emergency here. My elderly parents and me (I am their caregiver) are traveling to Clearwaterbeach FL and none of their lines are working like literally all lines show no signal. We have tried to call 611 for 4 days in a row using various locations around here but no luck. All lines were working fine in Denver CO. I checked area coverage online it looks fine but no success for us. I downloaded t-mobile app and could not finish because they send me a text message for verification but it does not go through. My parents really need to call their health providers (they are very old) and this is getting very disturbing. I dont know what to do and if there is any other way to resolve this issue. PLEASE HELP

    What devices are they using?  Older devices might not have the bands and technology needed to connect to the deployed bands and service in that area.

    It's possible that if they have very old 2G-3G phones, they may work in Denver but not in Clearwater. That at least would explain why the phones stopped working. Can you manually search for a cellular signal? If you see no signals available, that could be the problem.

    Clearwater beach does have decent service.  I have been there.
    @drnewcomb May be correct.   Older phone w/o VoLTE (requires 2g/3g for phone), or one that has a non compatible VoLTE configuration.

    Ill assume that you used wifi to download the TMobile app as you mentioned no service
