The worst customer service
I waited 1hr and 5 min until I got my call answered, for then be transferred to another line and 40 min and I am still waiting for any signs of life. T mobile use to be good, I have been with them ...
contact them through either Facebook or Twitter.. higher tier support compared to the call in agents and a much higher success rate with fixing issues.
