No one here has account access as this is primarily a peer help forum for customers. Try reaching out to T-Mobile through Facebook or Twitter to see if they can verify the payment made it to the account.

Have she tried rebooting the modem? Where did you pay and did you get a receipt? You can call Customer Care at 611 from a T-Mobile device or reach out to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter through DM to have have someone with account access take a look.
