  • you will need to contact TMO and put in a network ticket for that area. no one in here will have an answer for this.

    I live in the same area and have called multiple times. They have said they've fixed some tickets but not all and it should take 1-2 weeks from yesterday (4/13). If you call they should give you a refund for the month of T-Mobile internet if you have that. My question is are we just out of luck with both cell data and home internet? Because I work from home so I can't just not have internet for a few weeks at random times. 

  • until it gets fixed there isnt much that can be done. anything they could possibly give you would need those towers in order to work.
