TMOBILE Home Internet restored service

I paid the 140 dollars to reactivate my moms internet (its only been a couple weeks since the past due) and she still doesn't have internet access and she never got a confirmation text message on the...

    No one here has account access as this is primarily a peer help forum for customers.  Try reaching out to T-Mobile through Facebook or Twitter to see if they can verify the payment made it to the account.
