tMobile reps lied. Two phone reps stated that I was getting a zfold 4 for free
tMobile reps lied. Two phone reps stated that I was going to get a zfold 4 for free with a new line an my chosen plan.
I would like the recordings of my conversations with these reps.
I am finding that tMobile does not have business morals in sales.
I do not want to be with a company that does not honor sales promises.

Are you getting bill credits for the phones?
This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

I spent 40min on the phone yesterday and was passed to 4 different experts. Each one repeated that the promotion as promised by their sales reps. did not exist. So though I was promised a free zfold by sales reps, that is not what is being honored by tMobile.
The last expert stated that I would be getting an email within 48 hours from a higher tier support person.

Try support on Twitter or Facebook. You can always print off the conversation for your records.

I was promised a $5 per line reduction if I switched to auto bill by the store manager. This was part of a deal to buy two phones and two lines in addition to the 4 lines that I already had. That would be $30 per month for 6 lines. When the $30 credit did not appear I went back and he told me it would be in the next billing cycle. Didn't happen. I went back and he then told me "gee I'm sorry the auto bill reduction doesn't apply to your plan." He knew full well what my plan was and he wasn't some rookie sales person, he was the store manager. Stay away from T-mobile store sales people. They have no scruples.
