did anyone else get scammed by tmobile
joined t-mobile about a month ago. was told we would get the 55+ plan that costs $110 a month and our two iphone 15 pros would cost less than $8 each per month and we would get autopay making our bill about $115-116 a month. They charged us $154. Called the bill pay customer service folks and they said the deal I qualified for didn't exist under that specific plan even though I was told otherwise. Shame on you tmobile. They said I could qualify for the discount on the phones if I just add $20 to my bill. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
When you demonstrate shady business practices you will eventually get caught.
If it did go through it takes up to 2 billing cycles for it to show up depending where you are in the billing cycle. CSRs can't see the credits until they are on your account. Only the billing department can see those and their numbers are not public.

I am about to be cut off by TMobile because they inflated the costs initially promised in the 55 plus program as well as the date of payment. I would never agree to any payments made unless when my disability check comes. They lied about price. They sent me two phones that are bricks. And they are astonishingly rude people with giggles in their throats.I am elderly and disabled and will be without phone in four hours. The service buffers continuously. A terrible sign of corporate garbage.

We need to class action against them.

T Mobile is a company built on scams. They have done it so long and gotten away with it for so long that they think it is ok. They give you a contract and bank on the premise that you will either lose it or not want to go through the legal process that would be required. They scammed me twice, once with the "free phone" AFTER you send them your old one that you never see again and then they charge you for it for 2 years, or the bs "lifetime" never change rates. That's why there are multiple complaints on here. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the heartache we have all gone through on here. T-Mobile SCAMS ITS CUSTOMERS !!!

T-Mobile has been denying my submission for the "up to $800.00" pay off your phone deal since I switched from Verizon on August 2nd. I have talked to them so many times my ear is going to fall off, ha ha, and wasted hours of my time trying to get an answer from them.
DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE if you want a deal/Rebate because it’s a scam. - tidbitsSpectrum Specialist
