TMobile used to be great
It's just funny how they claim to be better than Verizon, but it's like their Netflix on Us line. Not really.
I bought 600mhz devices, only to find out that they put the towers in areas I don't go to (most likely on purpose like Sprint did), so I can't use the coverage type I pay for. I've had Netflix on us, but like a good little corporate company, the increase got passed to me. If I want it free, like I have to do with my plan to save money, I have to water it down to the barest minimum that makes it practically pointless. I live in TN, in a somewhat mountainous region, and while coverage is tricky, if they densified the area with the 600mhz coverage that I still pay to have but don't get, it'd solve the problem. Considering there's every excuse against doing so, T Immobile has made it clear that they refuse to provide better service.
Being penalized for having one line by paying more for "service" here than anyone else is just the last straw. If I'm going to be paying high phone bills, I expect top-of-the-line coverage, not top-of-the-line lies and excuses. Going indoors or traveling some feet should not cause me to lose service, but only on t immobile, those are factors.
They constantly suggest I upgrade to a 5G device. Why? I don't get 600mhz with the devices I have now, even though they're compatible and I pay for the service. How I would I get their crappy 5G service if I can't get the 600mhz now? If they want me to upgrade so bad, they can pay for my phone, but I have to be a new customer or buy enough phone lines for that to happen, which is absolutely dumb and insulting.
Verizon seems to care for my business and would reward me for doing business with them, by giving me good service, better prices, and perks, even for one voice line. I won't have to hear their constant blubbering about how they got Sprint it complain about coverage.
