TMobile used to be great

I have 10 lines with Tmobile and 8 iPads also, wait time to try and fix a simple issue 1hour 40 minutes on 11/17/2020 today 11/18/2020 26 minutes on hold and right now its been 33 minutes so far ,I have a buisness to run Tmoblie is no longer what it was, I will transfer to Verizon< hopefully they will be more responsive,
