Try to signup to paramount need coupon code

Everytime I go to log in to tmobile account to signup for the paramount promotion I get this 

"The MSISDN is already registered to another IAM user account" I have not had a tmobile account in the past, Have not logged into Tmobile prior to trying this promo.  Wass on hold with "customer Service" for over an hour and finally gave up,
