undefined unauthorized user on account
I have noticed after removing an authorized user from the account that was added to my account without my knowledge that the spot was then replaced with an undefined authorized user. Anyone else had this happen?
You're going to need to contact Tmobile support to ask them since this is basically a user to user forum.
I'd love to know the outcome if original post did end up contacting or if knowledge on the matter openly is available as I am running into this issue but not worried as in nothing to hide type of thing but still kind of worried about who the unidentified person is how about even got there.
