Unlimited calls to mexico/canada under Go5G plus?
As I acquired the plan I was told the plan included unlimited calls to Mexico and Canada, however then there is is this $15 usd add-on for stateside, is this required or does my Go5G plus already include the unlimited calls?
It is always best to know what features you need in order to avoid outrageously high bills. The charges for making calls to other countries can be pretty confusing, so I'm glad you asked. On the Go5G plan, calls to Canada and Mexico are included, if those are the only other countries you are calling, then you don't need to add the $15 Stateside International feature. If you are going to be calling Europe, Asia, or other parts of the world, then you want to check the price for those calls on our Llamadas desde los Estados Unidos page. Depending on the country that you are calling, the price could be free or heavily discounted. For example, if you have the stateside international feature and are calling England, the phone call is totally free instead of $3/minute. With the stateside international feature, calling French Polynesia is $0.34/minute instead of $5/minute.
