Unlock my phone!!!

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro at Best Buy, paid in full, and activated it with T-Mobile. Last year, I switched carriers and discovered that the phone was locked to T-Mobile. I called T-Mobile immediately to request an unlock. They informed me that since I had switched carriers, they no longer had my account information as it had been erased. However, they offered to unlock the phone for $150, which I declined. As a result, I set the phone aside.

In June this year, I contacted T-Mobile again to request the phone be unlocked. I provided the phone number originally associated with the iPhone 13, and they assured me the phone would be unlocked within seven business days. However, the phone remained locked.

I called a second time on November 29, again providing the same phone number associated with the iPhone 13. This time, they claimed they could not locate my account information. I then provided another phone number from the same account, which they were able to locate. Again, they told me to wait 7-10 business days for the phone to be unlocked.

On December 12, I checked the phone, and it was still locked. I called for the third time and provided the same two phone numbers I had previously used. However, T-Mobile claimed they could not find information for either number-despite finding it two weeks earlier. I then provided a third phone number and the phone's IMEI. At this point, I was told that the phone was locked under Sprint, not T-Mobile.

T-Mobile transferred me to Sprint, but Sprint said I would need to visit a local store to resolve the issue. I visited differnent local store multiple times, but they told me they couldn't do anything since they didn't have access to the account information. They then advised me to return to Best Buy, claiming it was Best Buy's responsibility since I purchased the phone there.

When I visited Best Buy, they also refused to help, stating that they couldn’t access the system because the phone was locked with T-Mobile.

You need to be a T-Mobile USA customer with an active account to verify the device and account meets all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.  Because you purchased the device from BestBuy, that further complicates the possibility due to Apple's Reseller Policy because the device serial number and IMEI are not in T-Mobile's System.
