how to unlock a phone that won't unlock because of reson code 5
I want to put a sim card in a Samsung but I won't let me use it because the phone is locked and when I got to unlock it it gives me a reason code 5,on why I can't unlock the phone
I don't remember what it was all that I know is that my relatives tell me that it was stole before it was given to me when why bought it off someone
From what I've read is the phone is from a prepaid plan and hasn't met the requirements.
Are you a Tmobile USA customer?

Actually nvm I just found out why I can't unlock the phone.. but thanks on the help that you gave.
