Usage Data Disparity

This is a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation.
Your best bet is to contact Tmobile on one of their social media accounts using messenger.

Same with LG v60 ThinQ 5G. I am at home so much (WFH) and when I look at the data usage on my bill its between 1am and 4am (I am sleeping). Data usage on my phone is NOTHING like what T-Mobile says I have used. I will try turning off 5G and doing just LTE as I had already put Data Saver on and restricted almost all the apps.
