Web Site CHAT FEATURE
I have been searching on the web site for the "chat" feature so that I can ask a representative my question and cannot find it. Where am I able to connect via chat to a service representative?
since chat is a bit MIA (usually depends on how backed up chat is..if theyre backed up the chat feature gets pulled until theyre freed up again). so you might opt to try contacting them through either Facebook or Twitter..usually better results than calling in.
