What happened to my information before I got on a Magenta 55+ Plan
I been with T-Mobile since 2009 on my own. Then I got on a plan with my companion and now I need information from before we joined the Megenta55+ plan under his name. How can I obtain that?

Who's the primary account holder? That person should have access to the records since they are now the owner of the line, if not, you're going to need to contact Tmobile.

T-Mobile retail and care representatives do not have access to more than three months of your most recent bills and one year to date of account memo history. Since these records are the customers personal information, the customer has the ability to go further back themselves via online or in the app.
If you are the account holder, sign into your T-Mobile account via the app, go the “Bill” section, scroll all the way down and click “view account activity”, here you can see and filter cada purchase or payment you have made to date including Sprint too.
If the account which you are attempting to find records for no longer exists then those records are non recoverable. Y punto.
