what to do???
I have contacted T mobile 5 times regarding the trade in if my daughters phones. They say they don't have them. I provide the shipping label confirmation numbers and they say oh yes we have received them but you need to wait for two billing cycles. That's has long passed and still nothing has been credited to my acct. This is beyond frustrating

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.

If that doesn't work, go to the magistrate's office and file a complaint with small claims court. That will get their attention.
