I was able to change the Caller ID on my children's phones on our family plan by logging into our T-Mobile account & putting their names on their phone numbers. Are you part of an account with more than one line? If so, have the owner of the account change the name on your line. 😉
Calling Customer Care is the easiest way to have your Caller ID changed, at least from my experience.
