Why am I charged for two already ported out lines?
I am on Essentials plan. Original I had 3 voice lines and the plan was $90. After I ported out 2 lines at the end of the last year, the account is showing two lines cancelled, but the plan is still showing $90 charges for the plan in January.
What is going wrong?
You will still have 1 bill left for January since the December bill hasn’t been generated.
