Why NO telephone support
Why is it I canm’t reach any support team member by phone.
no idea..you can also contact them via Facebook or Twitter..that route starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
Support isn't available 24 hours a day. You can reach support by calling 611 from your T-Mobile device during regular business hours, starting from 7AM EST.
