After T-Mobile update, I cannot send pictures via text nor can I receive pictures via text

After T-Mobile update, I cannot send pictures via text nor can I receive pictures via text (see attached). Is anyone encountering this? If anyone has a fix to this please let me know. It's been about 2 weeks already. Once again T-Mobile towers are not being updated accordingly. I will not call for they will give me a long explanation that it is my phone and give me the run around for 2 hours. My phone is the latest Galaxy S24.

T-Mobile please update all your towers. This is the second time this happens. Gracias

  • Does anyone have a solution? I am still encountering the same issue. I was unable to view messages from people. Still the same. I get "Can't load attachment". This includes group text messages. This is extremely annoying as it happens sporadically.

  • UPDATE: Spoke to representative and all the troubleshooting questions asked I did: restart/power off phone, clear cache, turn on/off RCS chat, resend message, delete then resend message. FInally, she placed me on hold to verify the towers in my location. The call was then disconnected. I will let you know if hopefully someone in support will verify if the towers in my location need to be updated. This never happened before until this year. :(

  • UPDATE: After speaking with the first representative where the call got disconnected, the issue got worse. Still today, when someone tries to send me a group message or image it gives me the error Sender [2300] Unable to send message - Message Block is active. It seems the first representative messed up in something and then I had to call again. I explained to the second representative the issue. He could only tell me the unblocking will take a day since I am requesting to expedite it. The tower issue will take 24-72 hours. Honestly I am so tired of their phone service. You pay cheap you get cheap. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. At this rate, I feel like canceling my service.
