Assurant- I have been without a phone since Sunday.

Assurant is not reliable and their escalation process has had me without a working phone since Sunday. I have had to cancel my work travel plans because I rely heavily on my phone for work and for staying in contact with my kids while I am away. I have 5 hones and 3 tablets with TMobile and have been a Customer for pretty much 2 decades. All of my devises has the protection plan, but what is the point if Assurant cannot deliver as they promise. If my phone is not in inventory, it should not take a week to make the decision to provide me with another model. T Mobile, Assurant is an extension of your company and the Customer Service has me rethinking my provider as well.
